So You May Fly Them

We are a small group of insanely driven walkers who are deeply passionate about the wellbeing of humanity and the planet. Everything we do is geared towards helping you reach your peak potential.

Om Swami
Founder

Om Swami

Bestselling author of 17 books on wellness and spirituality, translated into 20+ languages. With over 15,000 hours of meditation practice, Om Swami has demonstrated under laboratory conditions what scientists once thought impossible: sustained, measurable stillness of the brain. His work bridges the gap between time tested traditions of mindfulness and modern neuroscience.

Even though a sought after speaker, Om Swami is highly reclusive and spends most of his time in solitude.

Deepak Nair

Deepak Nair LinkedIn

CEO Sydney MS Management & Leadership, Pepperdine University (California)

Devoting a significant chunk of his time on causes close to his heart, Deepak Nair, a seasoned executive has made Walk The Dragon his sole mission in life. Passionate about improving employee well-being to elevate clarity, resilience, and mental performance, he firmly believes Walk The Dragon is the missing piece in enterprise wellness.

Deepak loves to read, travel with his family, and play cricket. Other times, you will find him sitting cross-legged and meditating deeply. "My real wealth is the memories I've created with my children, and I keep adding to them," he says.

Priyanka Anand

Priyanka Anand LinkedIn

Strategic Partnerships Sydney B. Medical Science, Western Sydney University, MBA Finance, University of Technology, Sydney

Leading strategic partnerships for Walk the Dragon, Priyanka Anand helps organisations adopt neuroscience-backed wellbeing systems. She also leads a global spiritual-tech foundation and has executive experience across finance, nonprofits, and the Australian Government.

When not working (which is rare), you might find Priyanka dancing with her daughter or holding a paintbrush, splashing her dreams onto a canvas. "The truth is that my work is what gives meaning to my life," she says often (usually after downing a double shot macchiato).

Nikola Hopkinson

Nikola Hopkinson LinkedIn

Marketing Sydney B. Communications, Western Sydney University

Nikola Hopkinson's work has always been fueled by the power of stories. At Walk the Dragon, she uses her storytelling prowess and experience in connecting with customers to help organisations achieve extraordinary things through a resilient and happy workforce. Her focus is on connecting ideas to real people and turning complex messages into narratives teams can believe in.

You'll often find Nikola's nose buried in a book, plotting her next overseas adventure or immersing herself in the stories closely guarded in the halls of galleries and museums. "As people, we learn, connect and live through stories. There are few things more powerful than a story well told."

Ian Hales

Ian Hales LinkedIn

Enterprise Business Development Sydney

At Walk the Dragon, Ian Hales leads Enterprise Business Development, partnering with organisations across Australia to embed cognitive performance and mindfulness into the heart of their culture. With a background spanning enterprise sales, leadership, innovation and transformation, he brings a commercially sharp yet deeply human approach to building high-performing teams. "I want to help individuals grow in both work and life, and in doing so, allow them to be the best they can be, while enabling enterprises to build resilient, focused and high-performing cultures," Ian says.

When he's not working, Ian enjoys time in the gym, coastal walks along Sydney's Northern Beaches, preparing family dinners, reading, and following the latest in EPL, AFL, NRL and Super Rugby.

Anabel Bielievitina

Anabel Bielievitina LinkedIn

Product Design Denver, Colorado

Anabel Bielievitina shapes her work through philosophy, psychology, and close observation, approaching design as a way of understanding human behaviour, not just visual styling. Her process is guided by reflective thinking and an interest in patterns, symbolism, and meaning. She believes truly useful products are rare, and that design should genuinely improve lives rather than solve problems we have created ourselves.

Outside work, Anabel spends much of her time writing, studying classic art, reading, and exploring film, particularly short films. The gym is an important anchor for her, offering clarity and calm. On her approach to design, she says, "For me, a product is proven when it becomes part of someone's daily routine, not just a moment of interest."

Kaustuva Ghosh

Kaustuva Ghosh LinkedIn

Product Development Sydney B.Technology, Biotechnology, National Institute of Technology, Durgapur

After 8 years building software for companies like Luxury Escapes and AT&T, Kaustuva found his calling when the dragon beckoned. Now he's channelling his full-stack expertise into building an enterprise wellness platform that will change how people feel at (and about) work.

If not kicking a ball on the soccer field, Kaustuva is probably running a marathon. On rainy days, when stuck inside, you might find him reading non-fiction (particularly military history) or pushing pawns on a chessboard. "With AI, we are truly at an inflection point where we can use neuroscience to swiftly deliver breakthrough outcomes leading to peak cognitive performance," he says.

Charul Mishra

Charul Mishra

Behavioural Neuroscience New Jersey M in Biobehavioural Sciences, Columbia University; currently completing PhD, Behavioural and Systems Neuroscience, Rutgers University–New Brunswick

Studying how the immune system and brain communicate, Charul Mishra explores the ways chronic stress shapes learning and memory at Walk the Dragon. Her work focuses on memory, neuroplasticity, and how repeated cues, contexts, and habits gradually rewire neural circuits. She has also examined bioenergetics and the role of physical activity in supporting cognition, bringing a scientific lens to training the mind for clarity and resilience.

When not immersed in neuroscience literature, Charul unwinds with long drives or a Pilates session. "Hold on to childlike wonder, always. Life teaches us through every experience, and what keeps us moving is resilience and kindness to ourselves and to each other," she says.
